Thank you Jesus, Lord, Spirit, Lady and lakes and rivers and streams and balls and dolphins and oceans blue and rivers green and spirits yellow and canaries in caves and spelunking and darkness in our souls and outside our spirits and falling falling soaring soaring to heights of ice air and thin breathing and struggling for others and struggling for ourselves and being in city streets and suffering children young and old and being on the edge and forgotten and unloved and unseen and lonely and left to fend for yourself and needing love and needing nurturing and help and being the pain of ourselves and others and finding injustice being pushed to the side to hide our pain and sorrow and living lives of joy at the expense of our other selves and hiding the cancer that eats at our souls and causes suffering we don't even realize we have. If we raise ourselves we will find greater happiness in our greater well-being and the path is to raise ourselves and be ourselves and see ourselves and feel the pain of ourselves and see the suffering in ourselves and know the need to heal ourselves and help ourselves and know ourselves and great ourselves and be ourselves and know and feel and be who we are.
