Another day with lift in my spirit. I meditated yesterday had a good day exercising and accomplished a lot throughout the day. I slept well. Yeah. All is good and I have spiritual ideas flowing to share. Yeah. Thank you Lord for my mind my body my soul my spirit my Mary my sexuality for love for happiness for one another for the joy in our hearts and souls and spirits. May my life live the purpose for which you create me to experience the joys and ecstasies of living a life of life to be the embodiment of what you wish to share. It is only through love that we can experience it only through love that we can rise above the sufferings impose upon us and only through love we can rid ourselves of our spiritual suffering to live in harmony with the universe, the serenity prayer. Thank you lord for all we are and all you have made us and may we seek the darkness seek the light seek one another and seek the peace and joy and the ecstasy of your love. Thank you for the promise of that harmony in our souls and may we seek it out and be the love you created us to be. Thank you for our creation for the opportunity to live your purpose and may we all see the purpose and find harmony in one another. I love you and I love Mary and Jeremiah and Sadie and mom and dad and everyone I encounter. Amen.
