Good morning Lord and life goes on and on and on as the bell rings loud and clear and high and low until the end of time as the trash men, people come by and that is all life is about until we end our lives in our decay and our mountings and pleasures and scorns and scone and being with one another to find love and peace and markets for tortillas and love and kindness to lift one another up until we find time of peace and harmony and being one with another and the universe and the trucks and the sun where are you sun today and where will the rain be as I go for a run keeping up with my plan and getting stronger and more confident and to spurn my motivation to keep going the ironman is in doubt but the I can do the halvers. Thank you lord for peace and exercise and the ability to exercise to keep myself fit and healthy. I need to get Mary to a doctor to be doing the things she needs to do to be as healthy as she can be. Thank you Lord for my love for Mary's love and the love of the world. May we all love one another together and find peace together. May we let go of the steadfast perceptions that we have been taught that block love that foment hate. Let us rise above our fears. We may still have them but may we people to not let them block our love block our sight of love and peace. May we overcome anger and fill ourselves with the desires for peace and love. Thank you Lord for Jesus and Mary, my Mary, Jeremiah, Sadie, mom, dad, Della, Deb, John, Poe and all my family and Melissa and Tom, and Andy and Becky and Eddie and Richard, and Charlie.
