Thank you Lord for a new beautiful day coming on. It looks like a great morning for a ride. Thank you Lord for my health and and fitness and thank you for Mary's health. May she be strong through this pandemic. Amen and thank you for joy and love and peace and happiness and dancing and frogging and fucking and sucking and loving and being in passion with one another and being black and white and yellow and red and green a clovers and black as dust and dark and dank and musty and smelly in our creation of love and spate and spite and spat and spic and span and loving and hugging and raising one another up and letting us down and being in life in all multitudes of ways and being and sucking and helping and loving and may we see we are all one and being for all is being me and myself and yourself and each individual. Together we stand divided we suck. And all that is love and all that joy will be forever in our hearts loving one another until the end of time from the beginning of time perpetually in all places at once in our hearts and being and loving and skipping and hopping and jumping to the tune of far out and far away places in our hearts in our minds in our joys in our collective in our minds and standing up and sitting down and twirling and whirling to our hearts delight to share the joy and share the peace and share the love and share your joys and love and may we grow and expand and find and share the ecstasies of it all and be in love and respect the love of one another. May we condemn actions and love hearts and souls and spirits and gyms and numbs and dumbs flumbs and jums and jumbo shrimp and delectable lobster. Amen.
