Today is another day going to do 10 miles in cool weather. But, not too cool. It's a gray day out there. Hopefully, the weather will start getting warmer for more comfortable early morning first thing workouts. Thank you Lord for life and love and bumbling and fumbling and Horace Whitt and all the blue and electric things in life. Thank you for sex and orgasms and that pleasure and thank you for my rationality to help me do the things that will put me where I want to be for myself and family and friends and everyone I encounter. Thank you for the opportunity to experience life experience living. Thank you for the gift of love that brings joy and ecstasy into my spirit. Thank you Lord for life and love and may I find pleasure in helping others, may I move more towards doing that. Thank you and thank you and may life be love and love be life. May we understand and see love in one another. It's all about love and being and skies and seas and being and fish and flesh and love and pleasure and one another in unity of being and being the universe together and loving it and buying it and sharing it and all about love and all about flesh and all about one another in sharing the joys and ecstasies that you gift to us in our being and our destiny to share the joy and the love and raise one another up to raise ourselves up. May we learn to sustain one another and be one another and be one in the universe be one as a manifestation of the universe. May we understand that is what we are and realize love. Amen.
