Thank you Lord for another beautiful day and a good short run this morning. Thank you for Mary in my life and all the life gives me the experiences the love the joys. The hate comes and the hate goes hopefully the love endures with Jeremiah, Sadie, Della, Pancho, Rosemary, Ella, Raelynn, John, Poe, Serapio, Monica, Shelly, Alice, Eddie, Richard, Charlie all their kids. Thank you for family, thank you for life and love and being and may we share in the richness of the experiences of love, share the passions, the joys, the ecstasies, thank you Lord for it all and may we love one another and be kind and compassionate and wish for the well-being of one another of everyone.
