Thank you Lord for another beautiful day with a good bike ride and the pain and suffering from doing a core workout yesterday for the first time in a long long time. Thank you for joy and pain and happiness and suffering and may we live together as one for the well-being and happiness of one another in the universe and all universes wherever they may be in our hearts and in our souls in our minds and in our bodies may we find solace together from our sufferings in in our joys from our happiness and love. May we raise one another up and cherish one another as beings in common together in our existence to find love and happiness for one another and may we relish the ecstasies and joys that come from love and the even greater ecstasies and joys that come from desiring and striving for the happiness and well-being of one another. Thank you Lord for our existence and the love with which you created us in our souls and hearts and may we see through the coping and the hurts and the pains the love within us and may our spirits soar  and may we be able to release the love and share it and grow in it and grow together and closer to see the wonderfulness in everyone and see the richness in all our existences all our manifestations of the universe in the existence of each of our lives and know we are all valuable in adding to the beauty of the universe in our multitude of unique ways of being and unique ways of seeing the universe. Thank you Lord for the opportunity and may we raise the joys and loves and ecstasies of everyone. Amen.
