Thank you Lord for another beautiful day with pain in my hip. May I continue to get better and I should call Deb today for advice. Thank you for Joy and my I continue to heal and feel better and in the end still have good ways to exercise. Thank for my life and my health and may I be healthy as long as possible. Thank you for joy and love and may I have a good life with Mary. Things are starting to get weird when I think about my life expectancy and how long Mary and will have to retire. Thank you for all that is and we need to make sure everything is as smooth as possible in transition to Jeremiah. Thank you Lord for Mary and it has been a wonderful life with her. I could not have planned how any of it would turn out and it has turned out for the best for me. Thank you for a rich and wonderful life and may I live the rest knowing it is all fine how it need and there is no need for having high expectations for how things are supposed to play out, only expectations of hope in the joy of experiencing whatever plays out.
