Thank you Spirit for loving and laughing and living and liberty of spirit and mind and body. Thank you for my health and fitness and ability to exercises and thank you for joy and love and peace and friends and family and my life and my intelligence and love being an integral part of my values and who I am and I feel I am one with all of humanity. Thank you for peace in my heart and I pray for peace in everyone's heart.
