Thank you Spirit of the Universe and bring me love and compassion and kindness and gratitude in my heart to extend to all encounter everyone around me everyone with whom I engage. May there be a spirit of compassion that flows between us and flows among us all the body of humanity. Thank you for the spirit of love in my soul and may I nurture it and allow it to grow and not suppress it for the sole sake of protecting myself. If I let go of what other people think of me then I quash the vulnerability and love can flow from my heart. If I let go of what other people think of me then I quash the vulnerability and love can flow from my heart. I will not be afraid of shame. I will not be hurt by other's words. If I let go of what I think other people should be that is the same as well. Let go of my expectations of the universe and I will find eternal happiness. Thank you Spirit thank you for love and blues and compassion and yellows and reds and all colors all the diversity and splendor of humanity and the universe. Ever changing in perception always shifting to new beauty and new experience. Thank may I always seek to love, be compassionate, share kindness and be grateful for remedies of my own pain. Thank you for those gifts and may I share them and find happiness and joy and ecstasy and pleasure in the sharing and may I find peace and harmony and contentment and unity with the universe may I identify with what the universe is and find I am the universe and the universe is me.
